Real Art Roadshow Van

Today my lass went to the real art roadshow van at the The Greymouth High School. When we got there A lady talked to us about some of the art and the stories behind them.

My favourite one was a painting of a icy glacier running down between the hills. If you look closely you can see the hills reflecting of what I think i s the water. I like it because it is so detailed and alot of effort had gone into it. My favourite part of it was how the ice and snow ran down the valley between the hills.

My Second favourite was the painting of the boat on the lawn with the houses in the background. it was detailed with all the little brush strokes for the grass and the fine lines where the colours changed. Everything looks so real! My favourite part of it would have to be the small tree in the background by the house in the middle because it has so much detail with the fine little brush strokes to make the leaves.
Heres the photos.
